Prices in euros, all taxes included. MOMEN' FOOD reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
Takeaway orders are paid at the restaurant on collection. Accepted payment methods: cash and bank card.
4. Collection
Collection arrangements: commande en ligne à emporter, retrait au restaurant (28 rue de Clermont, 60200 Compiègne) ; le restaurant n'assure pas lui-même la livraison : la livraison est possible en commandant via la plateforme Uber Eats, selon les conditions de cette plateforme.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
